Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Vegcard Prime, a digital agro-commerce platform operated by Vegcard Agro India Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By placing an order on Vegcard Prime, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

Vegcard Prime deals primarily in fresh grocery and agro-based products. Due to the nature of these products, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions to ensure quality, hygiene, and fairness for all users.

2. Eligibility for Return or Refund

A return or refund may be applicable in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or not fit for consumption
  • The wrong product or incorrect quantity is delivered
  • The product is missing from the order
  • The product delivered does not match the description shown on the app

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable, except in cases of damage or quality issues at the time of delivery:

  • Fresh vegetables and fruits
  • Perishable food items
  • Items opened, used, or partially consumed

4. Return Request Timeline

  • Any issue related to return or refund must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.
  • Users are required to provide clear images or proof of the issue, if requested.

5. Return Process

  •  To initiate a return or refund request, users must contact Vegcard Prime support through the app or official support channels.
  • Once the request is verified and approved, further instructions will be provided.
  • In some cases, the product may be collected or the return may be processed without physical pickup.

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in the user’s account, depending on the payment provider.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order is dispatched or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed as per the refund policy.

8. Quality Assurance

Vegcard Prime ensures strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if a quality concern arises, users are encouraged to report it immediately so we can take corrective action.

9. Abuse of Policy

Vegcard Prime reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of repeated misuse, false claims, or policy abuse.

10. Policy Updates

Vegcard Prime reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
